Under the auspices of the Nasha Mukt Bharat Samiti, a highly emotional and impactful street play was successfully organized at the Government Postgraduate College, Israna, as part of the "Nasha Mukt Bharat" campaign. The primary objective of this event was to raise awareness among youth about the growing dangers of drug addiction and its physical, mental, family, and social consequences. The play, titled "A New Initiative: Towards Drug Liberation," poignantly depicted the story of a young man trapped in the trap of drug addiction and his struggle to overcome it. Present at the event were Dr. Hariom Ji, Principal of the Government Postgraduate College, along with college professors Dr. Dinesh, Dr. Mukesh, Dr. Sunil, Dr. Sandeep, Dr. Amit, Mr. Dalbir, Mrs. Pooja Jaglan, Dr. Mamta, Dr. Suman, and a large number of students. Through their powerful acting, chorus singing, and dialogues, the artists conveyed the message that drug addiction not only devastates the individual, but also the entire family and society. They emphasized self-confidence, family support, and proper guidance as the only path to freedom from addiction. In his address, the Principal said, "Drug addiction is a monster that is swallowing the future of our young generation. Street plays like these are the most powerful means of spreading social awareness. We must collectively resolve to build a drug-free India." The program concluded with a heartfelt thanksgiving by all present.
