Cleanliness drive launched in Government College

Under the Seva Pakhwada campaign at the Government College, a cleanliness drive was carried out on Saturday by the NSS, NCC, Eco Club and IQAC under the leadership of Acting Principal Dr. Balinder Gulia. Under the campaign, the college campus and the area adjacent to the college were cleaned.
In this, teachers along with the girl students of the college took part in the cleaning. The program was conducted by NSS Officer Sunil Kumar. Dr. Balinder Gulia said that the objective of the campaign was to spread awareness among the students about cleanliness, health and environment.
During the campaign, students, teachers and staff together cleaned the campus and the surrounding area. Awareness programs were also conducted on the importance of plastic-free life and waste management.
