An essay writing and poster making competition was held at the college.

The Women's Cell of the local government college organized an essay writing and poster making competition under the 'Child Marriage Free India' national campaign. The aim of the competition was to raise awareness among young people against child marriage and encourage their creative expression. Under the guidance of Women's Cell in-charge Sushma, students from various classes participated enthusiastically. In the essay writing competition on the topic 'Child Marriage Free India - The Role of Youth', Kashish (B.A. First Year) secured first place, Anjali (M.A.) second, and Deepika (B.A.) third. In the poster making competition on the theme 'Stop Child Marriage, Save Childhood', Soni (B.A. Second Year) came first, Shweta (B.A. First Year) second, and Ujjwal (B.A.) third. Principal Dr. Hari Om said that such programs develop social awareness among young people. Sushma explained that this is part of a national campaign to sensitize the younger generation to this social evil. The winners were given prizes and certificates, and all participants received participation certificates.
