Code of Conduct for Faculty

In accordance with UGC and NAAC guidelines, faculty members at Government PG College, Israna are expected to:

1.Uphold Professional Ethics: Maintain integrity, honesty, and ethical standards in all academic, administrative, and public engagements.

2.Ensure Academic Excellence: Deliver the curriculum effectively, adopt innovative teaching methods, and promote critical thinking, creativity, and lifelong learning among students.

3.Foster an Inclusive Learning Environment: Encourage respect, equity, and support for students of diverse backgrounds, abilities, and perspectives.

4.Engage in Continuous Professional Development: Participate in workshops, seminars, research activities, and other skill-enhancement programs to stay updated in their field.

5.Collaborate and Contribute: Cooperate with colleagues and actively participate in college, community, and co-curricular initiatives for holistic development.

6.Maintain Institutional Integrity: Represent the college professionally, adhere to institutional policies, and contribute positively to the college’s reputation and vision.
